The Clinical Observation And Research Of Shengmaiyangxinparticles Treating 36 Cases Of Cardiovascular Neurosis In Syndrome Of Asthenia Of Qi And Blood

Objective:Observing thetherapeutic effect and the security of Shengmaiyangxinparticles in treating Cardiovascular neurosis in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood.Methods:Select 108 patients of Cardiovascular neurosis(Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood).The 108 patients were divided into NO.1 treatment group(n=36),NO.2 treatment group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The NO.1 treatment group was treated with Shengmaiyangxinyin one dose daily,decocted in water for 200ml,and taken orally after breakfast and supper respectively.The NO.2 treatment group was treated with Shengmaiyangxinparticles one dose daily,decocted in water for 200ml,and taken orally after breakfast and supper respectively too.The control group was treated with Renshenguipi bolus,taken orally 2 boluse every time and two times every day.Observe the changement of the TCM syndrome,the signs,the electrocardiogram of the 108 patients of Cardiovascular neurosis before and after treatment.The three trials continued for 2weeks.Results:1,Assess the efficacy of the various syndromes:The NO.1 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 91.67%,15cases cured,10cases showed excellent results and 8effective.The NO.2 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 88.89%,12cases cured, 9cases showed excellent results and 11 effective.The control group whose overall effective rate was 72.22%,9cases cured,8cases showed excellent results and 10effective.Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the three groups,there were significant differences(P＜0.05).2,Assess the efficacy of the cardiograph:The compare of tachycardia,The NO.1 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 88.89%,5cases showed excellent results and 3effective.The NO.2 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 85.71%,2cases showed excellent results and 4effective.The control group whose overall effective rate was 37.5%,1 cases showed excellent results and 2effective.Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the three groups,there were significant differences(P＜0.05).Compare of Premature:The NO.1 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 87.78%,3cases cured,2cases showed excellent results and 2effective.The NO.2 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 77.78%,2cases cured,3cases showed excellent results and 2effective.The control group whose overall effective rate was 44.4%,1cases cured,2cases showed excellent results and 1 effective.Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the three groups,there were significant differences(P＜0.05).Compare of the change of ST,The NO.1 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 83.33%,5cases showed excellent results and leffective.The NO.2 treatment group whose overall effective rate was 85.71%,6cases showed excellent results and 1effective.The control group whose overall effective rate was 20%,1 cases showed excellent results and 4effective.Analyzing the efficacy statistically of the three groups,there were significant differences(P＜0.05).3,Comparing the integral of various syndromes before and after treatment with the statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P＜0.01).4,There was no distinct adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion:The efficacy of Shengmaiyangxinparticles in treating Cardiovascular neurosis in Syndrome of asthenia of Qi and Blood was exact and safe,so it can be extended.
