| With the reform of the health system and the military information construction, the environment and tasks of the central hospital have changed. How to recognize to the characteristics of modern military hospital and the evaluation system of clinical directors has been forced to study in hospital management.The research object of this paper was clinical directors of the military central hospital. In this paper, we studied the purposes, methods and principles of the current evaluation, and compared the different performance evaluation methods in China. With the assistance of computer network system, we intended to probe for a simple, convenient and reliable evaluation model in the military central hospital.The study on the performance evaluation indicators of clinical directors in central hospital was mainly by the following three steps. First, the primary theory election includes 48 indicators of computer network data. We distributed questionnaires to the medical staff, the management cadres, the expert groups, etc. With Ridit analysis, we selected the indicator system of the clinical directors'performance evaluation in central hospital. Second, we organized the experts to assess the impact of the indicators in order to establish the internal relations of performance evaluation and the weight of each indicator. Third, we established a quantified performance evaluation model of clinical directors. In this way, the results of the comprehensive performance evaluation can be true. Finally, we validated the model in practice. |
