Clinical Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine To Relieve The Symptom Of Patients With Diarrhea Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To research on patients with Colorectal Cancer(CRC) symptoms of the abnormal defecation, and make an analysis of the influence and regularity of using Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods: To use a retrospective study to analyze the symptoms of abnormal defecation such as diarrhea of 53 CRC patients, summarize the Bianzheng and regularity of TCM of diarrhea, and analyze the therapeutic effect further.Result: There are 22 cases about 41.5% patients with diarrhea among the 53 CRC, they are the most; And there are the most excess syndrome in the symptom-complex of the CRC with diarrhea, about 63.6%;TCM can be divided into supporting vital Qi,eliminating pathogen and Bianzheng Shizhi three parts ;The total efficiency is 77.27%.Conclusion: On the basis of the treatment of CRC patients, according to ascertaining pathogenesis of diarrhea, we could use different TCM to improve symptom.
