Study On The Rules Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Infantile Diarrhea Treated By The Modern Name Doctor Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:Through literature retrieval and the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,statistical analysis on the clinical cases with infantile diarrhea treated by the modern name doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine was made,relevant information such as syndrome types,symptoms and signs,prescriptions,etc.was excavated,the network relationship diagram was constructed,the visualization of the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine on infantile diarrhea was realized,in order to provide references for the clinical treatment on infantile diarrhea,the basic research on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the research on Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions,etc.Methods:By using the retrieval method of combination of subject words and key words,the relevant literature about the clinical cases with infantile diarrhea treated by the modern name doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine from three databases,including CNKI was searched.According to the criteria of literature inclusion and exclusion,the research literature was screened.Then,the"questionnaire of TCM literature on infantile diarrhea"was established to record the relevant information of the selected research literature.Before entering into the platform,the symptoms,syndrome types,names and dosage of Traditional Chinese Medicine shall be unified and standardized,and then the information of research literature was entered into the platform.After entering into the platform,the statistical report system and data analysis system which are included in the platform were used to make statistics on the frequency of drugs,four natures and five flavors of prescriptions,syndrome types,symptoms and signs.Association rule analysis,unsupervised entropy clustering and improved mutual information method were used to get high-frequency drug combinations and new prescriptions.Results:1.Overall:157 papers including 264 medical cases were included in the study.The syndrome types mainly included spleen deficiency diarrhea,damp heat diarrhea,and diarrhea of indigestion,the treatment methods mainly included strengthening the spleen,regulating qi,eliminating food and clearing heat.The four natures of drugs were mostly warm,calm and cold,and the five flavors of drugs were mostly sweet,pungent and bitter.The meridians channel tropism of drugs was mainly spleen,stomach and lung meridians.The core drug combination was largehead atractylodes,Indian bread and dried tangerine peel.A total of 13 new prescriptions have been developed.2.Level:The core combination of common drugs for spleen deficiency diarrhea was largehead atractylodes,Indian bread,dried tangerine peel and common aucklandia root.Qi-tonifying drugs,Qi regulating drugs,digestant drugs,dampness resolving drugs were commonly used.The four natures of drugs were mainly warm and calm,and the five flavors were mainly sweet and pungent,and a total of 10 new prescriptions have been developed.The core drug combination of damp heat diarrhea was Gegen Qinlian decoction.The four natures of drugs were mainly cold and warm,and the five flavors of drugs were mainly sweet and bitter.A total of 8 new prescriptions have been developed.The core drug combination of diarrhea of indigestion was Indian bread,malt,hawthom fruit,atractylodes,dried tangerine peel,medicated leaven and common aucklandia root.The four natures of drugs were mainly warm,the five flavors of drugs were mainly sweet,and a total of 2 new prescriptions have been developed.The core drug combination of syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney was largehead atractylodes,prepared common monkshood branched root,dried ginger,prepared licorice,lndian bread,cassia bark and dried tangerine peel.The four natures of drugs were mainly warm,and the five flavors of drugs were mainly sweet,and a total of 6 new prescriptions have been developed.The core drug combination of syndrome of Qi and Yin injury was smoked plum,ginseng,liquorice,dendrobium,lotus leaf,snakegourd root and common yam rhizome.The four natures of drugs were mainly cold,and the five flavors of drugs were mainly sweet,and a total of 5 new prescriptions have been developed.The core drug combination of wind cold diarrhea was atractylodes,Indian bread,ageratum and common aucklandia root.The four natures of drugs were mainly warm,the five flavors of drugs were mainly sweet,and a total of 4 new prescriptions have been developed.The core drug combination of syndrome of liver-spleen disharmony was the main ingredients of Tong Xie Yao Fang,the four natures of drugs were mainly warm,the five flavors of drugs were mainly sweet,and a total of 1 new prescription has been developed.Conclusion:The results of this study are basically consistent with the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and clinical cognition of infantile diarrhea,and the overall new prescriptions and new prescriptions of each syndrome type have been developed,which not only indicates the reliability of the analysis and mining of clinical data by the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,but also provides the basis and new ideas for clinical treatment and research on infantile diarrhea.
