The Exploration And The Construction About Urban Resident's Medical Security System

Constructing a perfect medical security system is an important society ensure for national economic development, politics stability and society harmonization. The theoretical study on urban resident's medical security has been a social focus as its experimental work has been carried out. In this thesis, something related to medical security system has been defined; foreign typical medical security systems have been analyzed in a comparative way; Wugang city in Henan Province has been chosen as the study object, and on the basis of surveying and analyzing the present running situation of the urban resident's medical security in this city, some countermeasures and suggestions have been initially put forward.There are seven parts in this thesis:Part one is an introduction. In this part, the reason for this study and the significance of the study have been analyzed, the present related studies having been explored and discussed, the research method and the innovation in this study having been put forward.Part II is the theoretical analysis to medical security system. In this part, something about medical security system such as the definition, the characters has been defined; the relationship between medical security and the government's intervention has been analyzed from a theoretical angle; and the role of the government on constructing urban resident's medical security system has been illustrated.The third part of this thesis is to analyze the medical security system in some typical foreign countries. A general valuation has been done to these countries'medical security systems; meanwhile, the problems in their medical security systems and their reform strategies have been explored and discussed, gaining out of which is worthy drawing lessons.The fourth part of this thesis is to analyze the exploration on Chinese current urban resident's medical security system .On the basis of the analysis of the present situation for urban resident's medical security system in China, pointing out the objectives and principles on constructing of the t urban resident's medical security system , comparing the policy of the pilot areas ,analyze the problems which should be pay attention during the construction of the urban resident's medical security system .In the fifth part, the urban resident's medical security system in Wugang city in Henan Province has been surveyed and analyzed. With the help of the full investigation data, the measures taken in this system have been analyzed in depth, as well as its present running situation and problems. Meanwhile, this system's nature of being copied and referred to has been explored and discussed initially.Part VI is about the idea of perfecting the urban resident's medical security system in our country. Some countermeasures and suggestions about how to perfect the urban resident's medical security system in our country have been put forward on the basis of analyzing and discussing the prior parts of the thesis, and given our country's economic and social development situation.The final part is concluding remark, carrying out a brief summary on the full thesis, having analyzed the conclusion of this study; the limitations of this study and the further research direction have been pointed out.
