Study On University Students' Medical Security In The Background Of New Medical-care Reform In Jinan

With the establishment and continuously development of social security system in our country, all of the Chinese citizens including the university students enjoy the basic medical security. The university students were brought into the scope of the basic medical insurance for urban residents in 2009, instead of the free medical service system and university's different perspectives on students, which improved university student's medical condition to a great extent. However, some new problems have encountered since the policy carried out, therefore the policy for college need further optimization and improvement.The paper mainly researched medical security problems of the college students in Jinan, with the theory of social security and medical security. Through the analysis of historical evolution from the free medical service system to commercial health insurance, take some universities in Jinan for example, survey the current condition of medical security in the backdrop of the new medical insurance reform, and make some suggestions on how to improve the students' medical level, the aim is to build a more comprehensive, realistic, perfect and practical system for college students'medical security. This paper pays more attention to the development of medical security from an angle of the government, college, society and students, in order to improve the medical security level and quality, and change the conception of "focus on treatment, but be blind to prevention", and gradually cultivate the way of active and healthy thinking mode.
