The tar,nicotine and CO have been regarded as an important indicator to measure cigarettes' harm for a long time.Study on smoke gas was also limited to analysis and detection on smoke gas produced in experiments,or single component of cigarettes, which was not comprehensive to evaluate cigarettes' safety Through a large number of experiments,this thesis set up an experiments system with high stability,which based on the animals were exposed in smoke gas to smoke passively.This experiment system was also applied to detect cigarettes of different brands,tobacco leaf in different ecological areas,acute toxicity on KMâ…¡mice with different tobacco flavor, conclusions as below:1.Effects of acute toxicity in different brands cigarette are different,acute toxicity in different types of cigarette also are different.2.Experiments and analysis on the acute toxicity were carried out on the tobacco leaf from four ecological areas(Xiangnan-jiahe,Xiangbei-shimen,Dali,Brazil) and leaf of three grade from Xiangbei(X2F,C3F,B2F),conclusions as below:By tobacco of ecological area:leaf from Xiangnan with the most acute toxicity,more than leaf from Xiangbei and Dali,and leaf from Xiangbei with more acute toxicity than the one from Dali,Brazil's with lest acute toxicity;By tobacco leaf grade:X2F with less acute toxicity than B2F,but more than C3F.3.Analyze the formulation,mixed flavors and essence of cigarette both with high-grade and low-grade,and for low-grade tobacco,acute toxicity of formulation was less than tobacco flavor,the effect of high-grade cigarette flavor on acute toxicity is less than the low-grade one,different flavors have different effects on acute toxicity of mainstream smoke gas.And the flavor can strengthen the acute toxicity in different degrees.4.Effect on acute toxicity of mainstream smoke gas from five kinds of essence were measured as below:Vanillin with most acute toxicity,and then pyrazin, 2,3,5-trimethyl,Perilla aldehyde,furanone,and isethyl maltol with least toxicity.
