| [Backgrounds and Objective]At present,the concept of disinfection is limited to external disinfection.There is no a specific disinfectant on gastrointestinal mucosa. With the development and popularization of endoscopic treatment. Gastrointestinal mucosa disinfection before and after endoscopic treatment has become a problem that must be solved.We hope to find a disinfectant used in the gastrointestinal mucosa.This study covers several aspects concerning disfection of compound Polyhaxemethylenguanidine Hydrochloride(Polyhaxemethylenguanidine Hydrochloride and Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride), including screening of best composition ratio,disinfection effect,interfering factor,stability as well as toxicology.[Methods]E.coli(ATCC 25922) were used as targets for screening of best composition ratio,disinfection effect,interfering factors and stability by suspension quantitative germicidal test and factorial design statistical methods, interfering factors include PH value and organic substance.and study of toxicology includes Acute oral toxicity test,damaged skin stimulation test and gastrointestinal mucosa stimulation test.Organic materials have moderate effect to the disinfection effect,while PH value have a minor effect.[Results]Two major compositions of compound Polyhaxemethylenguanidine Hydrochloride has synergistic bactericidal action,its best composition ratio is 40:1,and its minimum bactericidal concentration is 0.1%.E.coli was terminated, when extends to 1 minitue,all of E.coli were destroyed.Organic materials have moderate effect to the disinfection effect,while PH value have no effect. Toxicology test showed that half Lethal Dose(LD50) of PMGH for male and female mice was more than 5000mg/kg body weight,which indicates that the disinfectant is actually toxic-free.Damaged skin and gastrointestinal mucosa stimulation showed that the disinfectant index of stimulation to rabbit skin and gastrointestinal mucosa was zero.[Conclusions]Two major compositions of compound Polyhaxemethylenguanidine Hydrochloride has synergistic bactericidal action,best composition ratio and minimum bactericidal concentration can provide a reference for clinical applications.The disinfectant can kill common pathogenic bacteria on gastrointestinal mucosa.Compound Polyhaxemethylenguanidine Hydrochloride was less toxic,which is dood as a disinfectant.This compound disinfectan is especialy suitable for gastrointestinal mucosa. |
