| Objective To detect the serum levels of Thl-type cytokines(IL-2,IFN-γ) and Th2-type(IL-4,IL-10) cytokines in hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy patients.Analysis the Correlation between mean arterial pressure and IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4, IL-10.Discuss the roles and significance of Th1/Th2 balance in gestational hypertension women.Materials and Methods Serum levels IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 of 65 with gestational hypertension women, including 24 women with severe preeclampsia,20 women with mild preeclampsia,21 women with gestational hypertension and 20 normal pregnant women were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Compute mean arterial pressure and analysis the Correlation between mean arterial pressure and IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-10 in gestational hypertension women. Results 1),From normal pregnancy to gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia,The levels of IL-2,IFN-γgradually increase,The levels of IL-4 and IL-10 gradually decrease.2)Serum levels of IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in severe preeclampsia, mild preeclampsia, gestational hypertension and normal pregnancy have statistical difference(P<0.05 ).3) The levels of IL-2,IFN-γin severe preeclampsia and the levels of IL-4,IL-10 in mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than normal pregnant(P<0.05 ).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-2,IFN-γamong normal pregnancy, gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-4,IL-10 among normal pregnancy and gestational hypertension(P>0.05).4) In hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy, the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2 in severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than mild preeclampsia and gestational hypertension(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4,IL-10 in severe preeclampsia with and gestational hypertension have statistical difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-2, IFN-γbetween normal gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia(P>0.05); There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-4,IL-10 between gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia(P>0.05);There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-4,IL-10 between severe preeclampsia and mild preeclampsia(P>0.05);2,Serum levels of IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 correlate significantly with mean arterial pressure(r=0.538,r=0.509;r=-0.523,r=-0.507;P<0.001,respectively). Conclusion The levels of Th1 cytokines IL-2,IFN-γin pregnancy-induced hypertension patients increase, while Th2 cytokines IL-4,IL-10 decrease.Serum levels of IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 correlate significantly with mean arterial pressure.Alterations of serum cytokine balance with predominance of Th1 immunity were observed in hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy. These associations may offer insight into the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy. |
