Objective To investigate rat intestinal injury after liver transplantation,as well as the protective effect of injection Breviscapine Methods A rat model of 150 cases of liver transplantation were established, which divided into two groups;100 cases of treatment group, which divided into two different dose administration of group as high-dose treatment group and low dose treatment group.High-dose treatment group.according to preoperative injection 10mg/kg Breviscapine on receptor by intraperitoneal injection for three days, once again two hours before operation.Low-dose treatment group, according to preoperative injection 5mg/kg Breviscapine on receptor by intraperitoneal injection for three days, once again two hours before operation..the administration of different doses of different materials in accordance with the time divided into five subgroups,10 cases of each subgroup.25 cases of sham-operated group, divided into five subgroups, respectively check jejunum organizations histopathological examination and determination of apoptosis rate and the jejunum organizations SOD,MDA,GSH-Px lever, results compared with the sham-operated group, apoptosis of control group was significantly higher (p<0.01),intestinal tissue SOD,GSH-Px decreased,MDA increased significantly(p<0.01).compared with the control group, treatment group decreased apoptosis(p<0.01),intestinal tissue SOD,GSH-Px has been increased,MDA decreased significantly(p<0.01).and This change is a positive relationship between dose-dependent.Conclusion Breviscapine injection can reduce apoptosis after liver transplantation, increased intestinal SOD,GSH-Px levels, lower levels of MDA, played a protective effect on intestinal injury after liver transplantation.
