Objective:Some chinese herbs have the functions of apophlegmatic bronchodilation and immunoregulation,which is confirmed by The 2007 clinical therapeutic guideline for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.Generally,traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese crude drug can do good to COPD patients.However,there is no stationary drug compatibility to a widespread application for the deficiency of rigour experiment.To explore the instructive meanings of a framework about interrelated of five solid organs of COPD.As a result,this can provide the basis for wide application of the Prescription.Methods:The topic adapt prospective study to collect qualified clinical data to carry out mathematical statistics by ways of the reaserch about the 48 COPD stationary phases acromegalicIn the randomized and double-blind trial,all cases are divided into two group,the therapeutic group and the control group.The observation group are treated by routine western medical treatment and traditional therapy,the other settled only by routine western medical treatment.The observation time seem 2 months.To analysis the synthetic therapeutic efficacy of these two groups,the period of the disappearance of the main clinical symptoms and the occurrence and the therapeutic efficacy of deuteropathy.To study whether the therapeutic group has better efficacy than the control group in the treatment for nutritional indices.Then,to confirm that PeiTuShengJing' Treatment has effect on chronic stable angina obstructive pulmonary diseases.Results:1,There is no differences between the therapeutic group and control group on sexuality,age distribution,pathogenesis and severity.2,There was no significantly differences between the two groups before the treatment.(p＞0.05).But after the treatment,the therapeutic group' benefits achieve markedly in tcm syndrome in comparison to the control group,besides spontaneous perspiration and the frequency of catch cold.(p＜0.01 or p＜0.05)3,There was no significantly differences between the two groups on nutriture before the treatment.(p＞0.05).The improvement percentage of nutriture was significantly lower in the control group than the therapeutic group after treatment.(p＜0.05)4,There are no adverse reactions in the two groups neither pre nor post treatment.Conclusion:PeiTuShengJing' Treatment is effective for stable angina COPD patiants on tcm syndrome and nutriture.
