Backgrounds:To determine glomerular filtration rate is an important indicator of renal function,measured through the body in the introduction of a body is not use, but also by glomerular filtration without tubular seCretion of substances to be calculated such material renal clearance as glomerular filtration rate. Commonly used in Nuclear Medicine is the renal dynamic imaging,99mTc-DTPA due to the preparation easy marking,and clearance rate of traditional lipid-ju well as the relevance of renal dynamic imaging method of choice for reagents, the principle of renal dynamic imaging method kidney through the measured peak count rate at the time of the radioactive dose injected radiation and the ratio of counts,that is,the rate of kidney uptake,and then calculated through the formula built machines,this method is simple,no blood,etc.,but the equation is a empirical equation,which includes the experience of a number of parameters,parameters of these experiences through the integration of a group of juice obtained is not necessarily suitable for all individuals, especially for a special body,such as obese patients and children,and susceptible to image quality and manual operation factors,renal function in moderate and severe damage evident when the performance.Renal dynamic imaging method because of speed and convenience,sensitivity and specificity are superior to conventional biochemical testing related to renal function,such as CCr,Sfr,SBUN,it determine its clinical renal function as a reliable indicator,so accuracy assessment of Gates' method is more necessary? The study of improved traditional the UV/P method is more accurate than the current two-sample method in many documents to evaluate Gates' method,at the same time with the clinical estimation of Creatinine clearance method(that is, the CG formula),so to understand the reliability of the two methods above is one necessary thing.Objective: The use of 99mTc-DTPA as Imaging agent,to calculate GFR by Gates' method,CG formula and improved UV/P method,and then use improved UV/P method as a standard to evaluate the CG formula and Gates' method,by which to understand the reliability of Gates' method n CG formula.Participants:42 cases were selected from the Nuclear Medicine in GuangDong TCM to check the chronic kidney disease(CKD) patients,in line with the United States NKF-K/DOQI on diagnostic Criteria for chronic kidney disease and the exclusion of this study was to develop standards.Methods:Recorded age,height,weight,serum Creatinine,elbow vein "bullet" style injection of 99mTc-DTPA 5mCi immediately after renal dynamic image acquisition, through the renal SPECT machines automatically calculated GFR(Gates' method), after injection of about 5-6 hours,respectively,according to a certain time interval collection of plasma,urine specimens UY/P calculation of GFR,the other based on CG formula estimates GFR,the GFR values were measured by body surface area(BSA) has been the standardization of glomerular filtration rate. GFR obtained a list of matching statistics to UV/P of GFR values as the standard, according to GFR values≥60ml/min,30-59 ml/min,<30 ml/min impaired renal function will be divided into light,medium,severe will be the same in patients with Gates' method,CG method the corresponding data packet,using SPSS software package,compared to the packet data.Results:Gates' method in decompensated renal function,decompensated,Gates' method of GFR values and UV/P values of GFR have a good relationship;renal failure in the period decreased relevance;CG formula in decompensated renal function,decompensated phase,phase failure,CG of the GFR values obtained with the UV/P values of GFR have some relevance,and relevance than in the decompensated cirrhosis period,failure period;in decompensated renal failure duration and period,Gates' method obviously deteriorated stability, law and the stability of CG than those seen in the marked decline.Conclusion:Gates' Law and the true value of the measured value of the relevance of renal function in decompensated,decompensated better GFR values derived from the Credibility of the high period of marked decline in the failure,low confidence;CG method to estimate the value and the true value of the relevance of renal function in decompensated cirrhosis obviously beat period and the failure period.Comprehensive,in decorapensated renal function,Gates' method with good Credibility;in decompensated renal function,Gates' method and the Credibility of CG is still good law;renal failure in the period,Gates' method, CG method with the true value of the relevance of low,low Credibility.
