Objects:To explore the clinical value and content Change of the Cardiact troponin T(cTnT)and myocardial-specific isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB) in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).?Methods:Peripheral venous blood samples (2 ml each) were obtained from 35 hospitalized neonates, met the diagnostic criteria for neonatal HIE(9 cases of mild, moderate 17 cases, 9 cases of severe) during the acute period (from 0 to 3 days after birth) and the recovery period (from 7 to 10 days after birth), and from 15 normal neonates (from 0 to 3 days after birth). Serum cTnT and myocardial-specific isoenzyme of creatine kinase (CK-MB) levels were measured .Results:â‘ During the acute period, the levels of serum CK-MB in the moderate HIE group and the severe HIE group were significantly higher than that in the normal control (P<0.05). but the difference between the mild group and the normal control was not notable(P>0.05);In the recovery period, there was no obviously different the for levels of serum CK-MB between the moderate HIE group and the mild HIE neonates(P>0.05); the levels in the severe HIE group were significantly higher than those in the the mild HIE group (P<0.05). In addition, the levels of serum CK-MB in the moderate HIE group and the severe HIE neonates in the recovery period were significantly lower than them during the acute period (P<0.05).â‘¡During the acute period, the levels of serum cTnT of all groups were obviously higher than that in the normal control (P<0.05),and the levels of serum cTnT varied with the severity of HIE; In the recovery period, but that in the severe HIE neonates were high, the levels in mild and moderate HIE neonates dropped strikingly(P<0.05).â‘¢With correlation analysis, positive correlations were found between the levels of serum CK-MB and cTnT during the acute period, the correlation coefficient was 0.730.At the same time, positive correlations were found between them in the recovery period, the correlation coefficient was 0.677.?Conclusion:Serum cTnT and CK-MB can be used as early biochemical indicator of myocardial injury, and the two indicators have positive correlations, which shows that detection serum cTnT and CK-MB at the same time benefit to more accurate estimate the cardiac damage of HIE neonates ,adopt corresponding treating measure early, and thereby provide with the experiment basis for improving the HIE curative ratio and prognosis. Compared with CK-MB, cTnT can reflect the occurrence of cardiac damage earlier.
