Objective: To investigate the different ways of pelvic floor muscle training by follow-up visit and control study. To evaluate the effect of kinds of postpartum pelvic floormuscle training in treatment of pelvil floormusle function disorder, providing basis to the prevention and treatment of such a desease.Method: the 477 puerpera who review the hospital at the post-6 weeks were randomized divided into training group and control group. 229 women in the training group (to separate three groups:kegel group, vagina cones group, biofeedback plus electrical stimulation group) had participated pelvic floormuscle training program instructed by specialized nurse ,248 women in the control group only had participated postpartum health instruction. The women were invested for their Pelvic floor muscle strength,LUTS (lower urinary tract symptoms),urinary incontinence symptoms during pregnancy and postpartum 6 weeks and followed-up in the postpartum 3 months,6 months, using pelvic floor assessment and survey methods. Then evaluate the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle exercise. Results:â‘ The pelvic floor muscle EMG value of Training groups and control in the postpartum 6 weeks were not statistically significant(Pï¹¥0.05).The assessment of pelvic floor muscle EMG value of training groups in each group in the postpartum 3 months,6 months was significantly higher than 6 weeks, compared to same time control group obvious markup(P<0.05);The assessment of pelvic floor muscle EMG of training group in the second group and the third group was higher than the first group. in post-partum 3 months, 6 month(P<0.05); The third group of post-partum 6 months is higher than same time of the second group (P<0.05).â‘¡The night urine number of times grading in four groups compared is non-statistics significance in post-natal 6 weeks(Pï¹¥0.05); Training each group in post-partum 3 months is lower than the 6 weeks, compared to same time control group obvious markup(P<0.05); The night urine number of times grading of the third training group was lower than other groups in post-partum 3 months,6 month, were statistically significant(P<0.05).â‘¢Stress urinary incontinence in four groups compared is non-statistics significance in post-natal 6 weeks(Pï¹¥0.05);The rate of SUI reported in training each group in post-partum 3 months,6 month is lower than 6 weeks, the same time control group(P<0.05); The rate of SUI between three training groups in post-partum 3 months does not have statistics significance(Pï¹¥0.05);The third group of urine incontinence disease incidence rate in post-natal 6 months is 9.50%, lower than same time the first group of 15.38%,second group 14.32% (P<0.05).Conclusion:â‘ The maximum assessment of pelvic floor muscle EMG value of training groups in each group is higher than same time the control group;â‘¡The pelvic floor muscle exercise may reduce the parturient woman night of urine number of times effectively, cuts the urine incontinence disease incidence rate;â‘¢The effect of biofeedback plus electrical stimulation in enhancing the feminine post-natal pelvic floor muscle, improving the urine road symptom, depressing the urine incontinence aspect to surpass other two groups.
