| Objective:To analyze the expression and changes of the lower affinity nerve growth factor receptor(p75) in the infitrating ductal carcinoma and ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS),and then to identify the effect of p75 in the duct carcinoma;to observe the survival quality of five follow-up visit with that to build the survival curve.Method:Applying retrospective systematic analysis,we selected ductal carcinoma in situ 5 patients,infitrating ductal carcinoma 70 patients and lobule hyperplasy of mammary gland 37 patients,papillary epithelioma 30 patients,fibroadenoma 36 patients.Then observed the appearance of p75 in breast cells through HE and PV-9000 immunohistochemistry stain.Then the Sampl-PCI system was used to decompose the pictures.And telephone and letters were used for following-up visit to find correlation of p75 and disease free survival.Result:p75 was found not only in the benign breast tumor and also in the malignant carcinoma, but the expression in the carcinoma was higher than that of benign tumor(x2=3.898; 4.273;5.553;p＜0.01).There was no difference in the infiltrating duct carcinoma and duct carcinoma in situ((x2=0.664,p＞0.05 ),and also no difference in the size of tumor and the stage of histology(x2=1.738;0.063;p＞0.05);but had difference in the lymph node metastases(x2=11.609,p＜0.01),menarche(x2=7.7,p＜0.01),survival rate(x2=9.843,p＜0.01)and menopause(x2=5.827,p＜0.05).we found 14 patients died in the following-up visit,including 11patients who expressed p75.And 20 patients expressed p75 in the lymph node metastases. Conclusion:p75 not only induced cell differentiation of breast duct carcinoma,and also promoted the development of carcinoma.Our research also showed the patients whose survival rate was lower if its expression of p75 was higher. |
