Expression And Correlation Of Urokinasetype Plasminogen Activator, UPA And Urokinasetype Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor, PAI-1 And Receptors For Estrogen And Progestogen In Endometrial Carcinomas

Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation of urokinasetype plasminogen activator,uPA and urokinasetype plasminogen activator inhibitor,PAI-1 and receptors for estrogen and progestogen in endometrial carcinomas,and their significance..Methods:15 cases of normal endometrium,18 cases of atypical hyperplasia,52 cases of endometrial cancer specimens were examined by routine pathological and marked through immunohistochemical PV-6000 method for uPA,PAI-1 and ER,PR.and the relevant clinical pathological parameters and there correlation were analyzed.Result:1.The concentration of uPA and PAI-1 in the endometrial carcinoma patients were significantly higher than that in the endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrial patients(P＜0.05).In endometrial hyperplasia patients the levels of uPA and PA I-1 were not significantly higher than those in normal group(P＞0.05).2.With the increase of surgical pathological stage and histological grade and the deep ermyometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma,the uPA and PA I-1 levels was increased(P＜0.05).More uPA and PAI-1 were ensured in the patients with lymph metastasis than not(P＜0.05).The relative contents of uPA and PAI-1 in the patients with endometrial carcinoma did not correlate with pathologic type(P＞0.05).3.PAI-1 positive cases are significantly positively correlated with uPA positive case(r=0.924,P＜0.01 );PR positive cases are significantly negatively correlated with uPA positive case(r=-0.785,P＜0.01 ).Conclusions:High expression of uPA and PAI-1 in endometrial cancer were important in predicting the prognosis.The expression of uPA and PAI-1 in endometrial carcinoma has a higher consistency.Tips uPA and PAI-1 at the occurrence of endometrial cancer invasion and metastasis development in the process of infiltration may play a synergistic role and mural adjustment Endometrial cancer tissue uPA and PAI-1 expression was positively correlated,uPA and the expression of PR was significantly negative correlation.In view of the positive PR has been recognized as endometrial cancer and progesterone hormone therapy in patients with a reference target,So than the expression of uPA combined with the expression of PAI-1 and PR might important significance for prognosis and endosecretory therapy.
