The Clinical Study Of Treatment For Central Retinal Vein Occlusion By Krypton Laser And Aescuven Fort

Objective Abjective to probe the effect of Krypton laser and Aescuven fort treatment on ischemic type of center retinal vein occlusion.Methods Experimental group:To the 30 patients of ischemic CRVO diagnosed by FFA etc.,we apply the treatment with Krypton laser PRP and Aescuven fort.Control group:To another 30 patients of ischemic CRVO diagnosed by FFA etc.,we apply only the treatment with Krypton laser PRP .Then we study the two group to observe the changes of hemorrhage ,edema ,effusion and neovascularization in eyeground and the change of eyesight.Results The eyesights of experimental group and control group have no prominent difference.After one month the changes of hemorrhage,edema and effusion of experimental group are prominently different from the control group.After three months ,when we checkup eyeground and FFA again,the changes of hemorrhage,edema,effusion and neovascularization of two groups have no prominent difference.Conclussion To ischemic type of CRVO ,it is an important method to apply PRP to prevent and treat neovascularization and serious complications.The application of Aescuven fort can shorten the absorbed time of hemorrhage,edema and effusion.
