| The progress of the distribition,classifications of chemical constituents and biological activities of genus Iris is summarized in this thesis,genus Iris are rich in isoflovones,and they have many pharmacological effects.The most of them have been used Chinese traditional medicine to treat flu,cough,inflammation,asthma, pneumoniangitis,laryngealedema and so on.The rhizome of Iris tectorum Maxim that belongs to iridacea is recorded in the Pharmacopecia of People' s Republic of China(ed.2005).It has been used Chinese herbs for the treatment of antitussive,anti-inflammatory and expectorant,the chemical constituents of Belameanda chinensis(L)DC were more studied,then the chemical constituents of Iris tectorum Maxim were little studied.Extracting by organic solvents and seperating the constituents by means of chromatography,which was got ten compounds,identified their structures by chemical methods and spectroscopic analysis,six chemical structures were elucidated as apocynin, tectorigenin,tectoridin,iristecterigeninA,daucosteml, -sitosterol.To study the isoflovones'antitumor activity we used MTT method,on tectorigenin,tectoridin,iristecterigeninA.The result shows that tectorigenin and tectoridin had some ability to inhibite the growth of SGC7901.The studies of the chemical constituents and antitumor activity play a definitive role on Iris tectorum Maxim. |
