This experiment extract7kinds of compounds for the first time from the roots of Crepis tectorum Linn.Thecompoundes Friedelin(1), α-amyrin(2), β-amyrin(3), Tetracosanol(7), Luteolin(12),Chlorogenic acid(16), Apigenn(17) were isolated from the roots of Crepis tectorumLinn..In the extract of petroleum ether, the content of triterpenoid compounds is3.61‰, thecontent of grease compounds is3.31‰, the content of sterol compounds is1.01‰.In theextract of ethyl acetate, the content of triterpenoid compounds is1.62‰, the content of sterolcompounds is0.44‰, the content of organic acid compound is0.11‰, the content ofcoumarin compounds is1.43‰. In the extract of n-butanol, the content of glycosidecompounds is3.73‰. |
