| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating ulcerative colitis(UC) with qing-chang-tang and explore the mechanism of treating ulcerative colitis with qing-chang-tangand expire the mechanism from theoretical and clinical aspects.Method:84 patients are selectived as cases to research.All cases with UC are divided into two groups at random qing-chang-tang is given treatment group and at the same time SASP is given control group.Treatment group and conrol group are gived continuously treatment 2 months.Results:The totally effective rate of treatment group come to 84.0%,while that of control group is 80.0%,and there is not a significant difference between the treatment group and control group(P>0.05).The curative effect is as good as that of control group,but treatment group can improve significantly the symptoms such as diarrhea,tenesmus,the scorch of anus,bellyache,blood purulent stool.Conclusion:Qing-chang-tang is a safe and effective drug of treating UC,and the mechanism might be related to regulation immunologic function,accelerating ulcerative recovery,adjustment alteration of intestinal flora,improvement blood circulation of intestinal canal and systematic symptoms. |
