Clinical Research Of Effect Of Xingding Injection On Lupus Nephritis Micro-inflammatory Status Blood Stasis Syndrome

OBJECTIVE:The goal of this clinical experiment is to observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of xingding(Ginkgo leaf Extract and dipyridamole) injection on lupus nephritis micro-inflammatory status and search an effectual method of integrated TCM and western medicine in treating lupus nephritis.METHOD:Lupus nephritis 60 patients,blood stasis syndrome,divided into 2 groups at random:Xingding injection therapeutic group(n=30) and control Danshen injection group(n=30).Both group patients were given standard hormone(prednisolone),ontheabovebasic treatment,the therapeutic group patients were given Xingding injection 30 mL/ d and the control group Danshen injection 30mL/d,42 days for a course.Before and after the examination,recorded blood C-reactive protein(CRP).serum lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),24-hour urine protein,blood Albumin(Alb) and recorded the change of patients' clinical symptoms. At last observe the difference of therapeutic effect on therapeutic group and control group.RESULT: Result of the study could be summarizad as:1 Xingding injection' total effective rate was 83.33%,while Danshen injection control group was 66.67%,the total therapeutic effect of Xingding injeetion was better than Danshen injection.2 After treatment,the therapeutic and control groups' blood CRP decreased,with the two groups before treatment were significantly different(P<0.01orP<0.05),and the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01orP<0.05).The results showed that:Xingding injection could improve micro-inflammatory Status of LN and the effect was superior to Danshen injection3 After treatment,the therapeutic group and control group' blood lipids(TC,TG,) were lower and(HDL-C) were higher,with the two groups before treatment were significantly different(P<0.01or P<0.05),and the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The results showed us that:Xingding injection could reduce significantly lipidlevels in LN,and the effect was better than Danshen injection.4 The therapeutic group and control group' 24-hour urinary protein after treatment decreased,with the two groups before treatment were significantly different(P <0.01),and the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that:Xingding injection could help lupus nephritis with lower urinary protein.5 The therapeutic group and control group' Alb after treatment were higher,with the two groups before treatment were significantly different(P <0.01),and the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that:Xingding injection could help lupus nephritis with higher Alb.6 Xingding injection could improve the patients' clinical symptoms,the results showed that:Xingding injection could significantly improve LN in patients with clinical symptoms such as joint ache and skin lesions and improve the quality of life, and the effect was better than the control group.CONLUSIONXingding injection could reduce blood CRP,24-hour urine protein lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)and enhance Alb of lupus nephritis, improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the quality of life effeetively.
