Objective: At present,Alzheimer's disease has become the fourth leading cause of death among the elderly.Existing drugs can only improve symptoms for a short time, cannot delay the development of the disease, and there is no cure. Therefore, this study adopts clinical observation methods to explore and initially screen out the clinical optimal treatment scheme for treating AD stagnation and cerebral collateral syndrome, which is helpful to improve the curative effect of treating AD clinically and provide theoretical guidance for clinical treatment of AD.Method: In this study, from January 1,2019 to November 30,2019,a total of 120 patients with cerebral collateral obstruction due to AD were collected and numbered according to the order of admission, and then randomly divided into four groups according to the random number tabl e method,as follows: Group A:Western medicine treatment;Group B: Western medicine+Chinese medicine injection;Group C:Western medicine treatment+Chinese medicine injection+Chinese medicine decoction;Group D:western medicine treatment+Chinese medicine inje ction+Chinese medicine external treatment,30 cases in each group,of which group A is the control group, group B,group C and group D are the experimental groups, with a total observation course of 8 weeks.During the experiment,MMSE,ADL,SDSD scores an d adverse reactions of the four groups of patients were observed and compared.During the observation,2 cases fell off. After the observation, the data were collected and sorted out.The data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age, sex,MMSE score,ADL score and SDSD score of each group before treatment(P<0.05).2.The comparison of curative effects(MMSE score,ADL score,SDSD score)before and after treatment in each group were all P<0.05,which were all better than before treatment.3.Compared with the control group, the improvement of SDSD and MMSE scores in the three experimental groups are all better than that in the control group and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of ADL in group C is obviously better than that in group A and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In comparison between the experimental groups, the improvement of SDSD and MMSE in group C is significantly better than that in groups B and D(P<0.05),while the difference between groups B and D is not significant(P<0.05).5.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group is less than that in the control group, which indicates that the integrated scheme of tradit ional Chinese and western medicine has better safety. Conclusion:According to the observation results of this study, the combination of Chinese and western medicine has obvious advantages in curative effect and safety in treating Alzheimer's disease with b lood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals.Among the three groups of combined Chinese and western therapies, western medicine+Danhong injection+tongqiao huoxue decoction group has the best curative effect, which has obvious advantages in improving TCM sym ptoms, cognitive function and daily living ability.therefore, the scheme is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease with blood stasis blocking cerebral collaterals.
