ObjectiveTo observe the expression and clinical implication of parp-1 in atypical hyp erplastic lesions and malignant lesions of breast.MethodsHere is a retrospective research.The relevant features of 97 patients who h ad hyperplastic disease resected in the Breast Surgery Department of China Med ical University and the No 5 people's Hospital of Shenyang.In control group,ti ssue was obtained from a series of 21 patients who had malignant breast neopla sm resected.By SP of immunohistochemical method.ResultsThe expressions of parp-1 in pure hyperplastic lesions,light,moderate,sev ere atypical hyperplastic lesions and malignant lesions are 26.3%,28.5%,66.7 %,75.0%and 95.0%.Conclusion1,The expressions of parp-1 between pure hyperplastic lesions and breast c ancer is remarkable.The pertinency between light,moderate,severe hyperplastic lesions and breast cancer is gradually increased.2,We can judge the potential risk of a hyperplastic lesion by its expression of parp-1.3,The retrospective research can provide a gist to do the polymerase-1 inhi biter therapy on some hyperplastic mammary diseases.
