Clinical Observation Curative Effect On Electro-acupuncture Quchi And Taichong Point Treating Youth Essential Hypertension And Discussion It's Action Mechanism

Objective: This study observe the curative effect on electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong to treat youth Essential Hypertension,and through the animal experiment provisionally discusses it's action mechanism.Methods: there were 40 youth Essential Hypertension patient examples who measure up , 20 cases as the group with electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong were observed vs 20 cases as the group with Catto pulley,observe the blood pressure and the principal clinical symptom;6 Essential Hypertension rats as the group with electro-acupuncture Quchi and Taichong were observed vs 6 Western medicine Catto pulley group,6 un-disposal sential Hypertension rats,observe the blood pressure,the plasmodia Noradrenalin and Angiotensionâ…¡level change.Results:â‘ Electro-Acupuncture Quchi and Taichong have extremely obvious effect on lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients(P <0.01),but don't have difference conferring Catto pulley group(P >0.05).â‘¡Electro-Acupuncture Quchi and Taichong can extremely obvious change every clinical symptom(P <0.01);the principal clinical symptom such as Headache,Distention of head,Upset and Fussy have been extremely obvious changed conferring Catto pulley group(P <0.05).â‘¢The group as Essential Hypertension rats with electro-acupuncture have extremely obvious effect on lower blood pressure(P <0.01),and can change the plasmodia Noradrenalin and Angiotensionâ…¡conferring un-disposal group(P <0.05),but don't have difference conferring Catto pulley group(P >0.05).
