Clinical Research Of The Therapy Of The United Chinese Traditional Medicine On Idiopathic Interstitial Pneumonia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the United Chinese trditional medicine (Chinese traditional medicine+ cupping + Point Application)on the idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (IIP) .Methods: 100 cases of IIP were randomly divided into five groups of 20 people, including United Chinese traditional medicine (Chinese traditional medicine + cupping + Point Application) Group, Chinese traditional medicine group, glucocorticoids group, United Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group and Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group . Treatment for 3 months, examine the major symptoms, signs and pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis, chest CT and other related indicators pre-and-post medicine in each group of IIP .Result: The result showed that of the United Chinese traditional medicine (Chinese Traditional medicine + cupping + Point Application) Group, the Chinese traditional medicine group, glucocorticoids group, United Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group, Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group can all improve the ventilatory function of IIP ( P<0.05), and the effect of the United traditional Chinese medicine with glucocorticoids group, United Group of Chinese traditional medicine, Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group, Chinese traditional medicine group and glucocorticoids group in improving the ventilatory function of IIP subside gradually specially. In the improvement of diffusing capacity, a variety of treatment methods are effective (P<0.05),and the group of United traditional Chinese medicine with glucocorticoids is significantly superior to that of the other four groups. The United Chinese traditional medicine and the Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoidsgroup are better than that of the Chinese traditional medicine group and the glucocorticoids group, there was no difference between Chinese traditional medicine group and glucocorticoids group(P>0.05),and there was no difference between United Chinese traditional medicine and Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group (P>0.05).In the improvement of blood oxygen pressure (PaO2) and clinical performance of IIP, a variety of treatment methods are effective(P<0.05),and the group of United Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids is significantly superior to that of the other four groups. the United Chinese traditional medicine group are better than that of the Chinese traditional medicine group,the Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids and the glucocorticoids group, and there were no difference among that of the Chinese traditional medicine group,the Chinese traditional medicine with glucocorticoids group and the glucocorticoids group.In the improvement of chest CT performance of IIP, only the group of United traditional Chinese medicine with glucocorticoids is effective.Conclusion: The United Chinese traditional medicine could improve the condition effectively for the IIP.
