Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of XiaoYingFang On Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody In Patients With Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Objective: To observe the effect on thyroid peroxidase Antibody (TPO-Ab) XiaoYingFang in patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)Methods: 60 patients diagnosed HT were randomly classified into two groups with the drugs of normal thyroxine . There were 30 patients treated with HuoBaHuaGenPian in control group, others were treated with XiaoYingFang in treated group.Eight weeks were a course of treatment. Results: Both the two group had the healing efficacy on lowering the TPO-Ab ,and the effect were similar.The effect of the treated group was obviously better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms, The difference was significant compared to the control group(P<0.05) Conclusions:XiaoYingFang could lower the TPO-Ab of HT patients,it had remarkable superiority in improving clinical symptoms,and it could reduce the side-effect. This research testifies the advantages of the HT's treatment with the method of QingReJieDuHuoXueSanJie It also confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine had considerable clinical value and widest foreground in treating HT and preventing hypothyroidism.
