TPO-Ab Positive And TPO-Ab Negative Clinical Analysis Of Patients With Hypothyroidism

Objective:To study the thyroid peroxidase (TPO-Ab) antibodies positive and thyroidperoxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism)of patients with clinicalmanifestations and biochemical indicator of whether there is difference.Methods:FromJanuary2010to December2010in our hospital clinical data of161patients withhypothyroidism review analysis, divided into2groups,TPO positive in108patients(hypothyroidism41cases,10cases of male,female,31cases;the hypothyroidism67cases,13cases of male,female54cases);TPO53cases negative(hypothyroidism10cases,3weremale,female6cases;the hypothyroidism43cases,male8cases,female,35cases),comparison of TPO and TPO positive negative hypothyroidism clinical symptoms,including skin rough,lack of sleepiness,a deep voice,afraid of the cold,edema,weightgain,memory loss,abdominal distension,unresponsive,flustered,shortness of breath,hairsparse,menstruation to be not moved,etc.Detection of hemoglobin(Hb),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol (CHOL),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low densitylipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),thyroid function(TSH,FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4,TG)and otherbiochemical indicators.Results:Mainly middle-aged and old this,more women than menare also obvious,TPO positive hypothyroidism patients more prone to fatigue sleepiness,afraid of cold sweat,the skin coarse,palpitate shortness of breath,slow, memory loss,weight gain,abdominal distension constipation,TSH,FT3and TT3,TT4,a positive workbiochemical indexes in the TPO hypothyroidism and TPO negative hypothyroidismpatients have differences.Conclusion:Thyroid peroxidase (TPO-Ab) antibodies positiveand thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab),hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism) of patientswith clinical manifestations and biochemical indexes of dissimilarity.
