| Objective:To observe the curative effect and to explore the mechannism in treating anal cryptitis with jiu hua gao and TRM-â…¢type anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus.Methods:80 cases of anal cryptitis were divided into two groups at random:The treated group with 40 cases was employed jiu hua gao and TRM-â…¢type anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus.The control group with 40cases was treated by only TRM-â…¢type anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus.In the study,before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical signs and the related indexes,such as curative effect and recovery of course were observed.Results:The effective rate of the treated group which was 100% was greater than that of the control which was 90.0 %.The difference of the two group was significant (P<0.05);The improving level of symptom and sign after employed more significantly in the treated (P<0.05);There was significant difference betweem the treated group and the control group in the average time of cured cases (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiu hua gao and TRM-â…¢type anorectal lumen therapeutic apparatus form one kind of anus medicine physical therapy law by combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment dressing method and modern physical therapy;It is a new effective recipe in treating anal cryptitis,the effect can be achieved by improving the curative effect and shorting the course of recovery and decrease the level of relapse. |
