The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Retention Enema Treatment Of Anal Cryptitis With AnGang Mixture

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of retention enema treatment of analcryptitis with AnGang mixture. Methods:90patients were selected in accordance with thecriteria for the diagnosis of cases choice, and divided randomly into three groups, whichwere named Experimental Group, Control Group I and Control group II. ExperimentalGroup was30patients, which were given AnGang mixture retention enema treatment withanus perfusion apparatus. Control group I was30patients, which were given AnGangmixture retention enema treatment with ordinary perfusion apparatus. Control group II was30patients, which were given Fufang Huangbai Ye retention enema treatment with anusperfusion apparatus. Then to observe and assess the treatment results. Results: The clinicalstudies show, In the same conditions of patients and drugs, the clinical efficacy ofExperimental Group was better than Control Group I (P＜0.05).In the same conditions ofpatients and perfusion apparatus, the clinical efficacy of Experimental Group was noobvious difference with Control Group II (P﹥0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy ofretention enema treatment of anal cryptitis with AnGang mixture and anus perfusionapparatus has significant therapeutic effect. The method has the advantages of convenientuse, simple operation, sufficient drug source, low prices. And patients can operate bythemselves, so it can be promoted easily. It provides patients with more extensive drug-usemethods and ways, and can show the features of TCM. In addition, it has a strong practicalvalue.
