Application Of Acupuncture Compound Anesthesia In Oocyte Retrieval Operation Undergoing In Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer

Objective:To observe analgesic effect and safety of acupuncture compound anesthesia in oocyte retrieval operation undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods: patients who are undergoing IVF-ET are randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group include 30 cases. in oocyte retrieval operation , observation group were gived TENS(transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) before the operate, all the patients are injected Pethidine 30mg 30 minutes before surgery. Observe patient,s reproductive hormone,β-endorphin levels before and after surgery, SF-MPQ(short-style McGill pain questionnaire)are gived to patients after operation and after an hour,and calculate PPI,VAS and PRI. Observe the the relevance of surgical time,ovums and the pain score .comparing two groups of ovums, fertilization rate, high-quality embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate and so on.Results:compare to control group, observation group produced an observable efect in pain relief during oocyte retrieval operation and after operation an hour. short McGill scores are lower than the control group (P<0.05), ovums,fertilization rate, clinical pregnancy rate,have no statistical significance(P>0.05). in each group Humanβ-endorphin levels are elevated, but have no statistically significant.Conclusions: In oocyte retrieval,acupuncture compound anesthesia has the advances of safety,higheffectiveness,after oocyte etrieval,and few side effects.It is a choice of safe and effective method of analgesia.
