The Clinical Observation Of The Curative Effect That The Traditional Chinese Medicine Huiyanzhuyutang Modified In Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Of Adenoid Vegetation Of Children

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine HUIYANZHUYUTANG Modified in syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis of Adenoid Vegetation of children.Methods:To collect the children who had Adenoid Vegetation ( Qi stagnation and blood stasis) and accepted the therapy at The First Hospital attached to Chinese Medical University Of Heilongjiang from August in 2007 to August in 2008.By making the unified random number table, the children was taken into trial group, that is, the traditional Chinese medical treatment group and control group, That is, western medical treatment group. To take unblind, random, matched and parallel trial, clinical comprehensive assessement will be compared between the two groups. A total of 60 children in disease were divided into two groups: treatment group with 30 patients who accepted HUIYANZHUYUTANG Modified , control group with 30 patients who accepted Mometasone furoate nasal spray.Results:The total efficient rates respectively reach to 93.33% and 63.33.00% in treatment group and control group. According to theX~2 test, the rate had significtly difference between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusions:HUIYANZHUYUTANG Modified is more effective than Mometasone furoate nasal spray and have nearly no toxic action in the treatment of Adenoid Vegetation.
