Objective:The etiological factor and pathogenesis of psoriasis is not clear.It is recognized that the genetic factors environmental factors and internal secretion play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical characteristics of onset of psoriasis through summing up and analyzing the information of the patients with psoriasis.Methods:The survey was conducted at the first affiliated Hospital of HeiLongJiang University of TCM.133 cases of inpatients with psoriasis were from the medical record(TMR) of from 2004 to 2007 and 137 patients with psoriasis were from out-patient clinic(OPD) from January 2008 to August 2008.Firstly record the information of every patient according to the requirements of questionnaire,which includes age of onset,season of onset, family history,various incentive factors,drug history,location of onset and other associated clinical factors.Finally process the data and perform statistic analysis.Results:There are no significant differences between inpatients and outpatients at gender ratio,average age,average age of onset,season of onset, aggravating and recurring season;Compared with inpatients,outpatients have more positive family history,but both of them are in the high rate of domestic level;Infection factors are the most important inducement,and the food and drugs factors seem to be secondary;erythema is the chief lesions of Clinical features,and the boundary of the lesions is clear;The lesions may mostly be present in Limbs,torso,Head and face,but the Limbs is the most common site for the first time;The major type of the psoriasis is PV;Usually the main comorbidity of psoriasis is chronic tonsillitis.Conclusions:The patients with psoriasis of the research area(including the Patients of inpatient and outpatient) have more positive family history than other areas,witch plays the most important role on the onset of disease; Infection is the principal inducing factor among the environmental factors; Influence of mental and endocrine factors on patients increased obviously, especially on the female patients;The Limbs is the most common site of onset, and it should be distinguished from seborrheic dermatitis.At the same time we should pay attention to nails damage and identification of tinea unguium. Application of traditional Chinese medicine is the most effectively treatment.
