Retrospective Analysis Of Psoriasis In The General Hospital Of Ningxia Medical University In Recent 8 Years

Objective To explore and analyze the epidemiological characteristics,clinical characteristics,laboratory inspection and treatment of psoriasis,so as to improve the understanding of the disease and provide reference for better prevention and treatment.Methods Data of all patients with psoriasis who were admitted to the general hospital of Ningxia medical university on September 30,2011 solstice on September 30,2019 were selected,a total of 29,480 cases,and we would summarize the epidemiological characteristics,clinical characteristics,laboratory inspection,treatment methods and curative effect of psoriasis in this paper by use of Excel table and SPSS22.0 software.Results Of the 29,480 visits,4,990 repeated visits,therefore,16,440 patients were actually treated,among which there were slightly more males than females,and the male-female ratio was 1.18:1;and psoriasis vulgaris was the most common type,accounting for 26,819 cases(90.97%).1,397 of the 16,440 people were repeatedly hospitalized 1,908 times in the department of dermatology.The data of hospitalized patients showed that:the male-female ratio was 1.64:1;the primary age was 20~29;Scalp(28.12%)and limbs(33.96% of upper limbs and 38.44% of lower limbs)were the most common primary sites;Cold or catch cold was the most common first inducement;in the patients with obvious seasonal aggravation,winter and spring aggravation accounted for the majority(76.03%);the most common diseases associated with psoriasis were fatty liver(13.53%),hypertension(11.74%),hyperlipidemia(9.81%),diabetes(5.01%),and coronary heart disease(1.57%);in terms of treatment,the most commonly used external drug was glucocorticoid,and the most commonly used systemic drug was acitretin;the effective rate was 97.89% at discharge through the combination of local treatment and systematic treatment.Conclusion Psoriasis vulgaris is the most common type of psoriasis.Scalp and limbs are common initial sites and psoriasis often worsens in winter and spring.Cold or catch cold is a common cause.The common concomitant diseases are fatty liver,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes and coronary heart disease.In terms of treatment,the combination of drugs has a significant effect.
