| Performance management is now a hot topic on military hospitals management.Recently,military hospitals used performance management methods traditionally used by enterprises for reference,exerted it into the management of hospitals by digesting,absorbing and re-designing,and won excellent social and military benefits.Therefore,performance management has become an important and indispensable method in today's hospital management.Using the method of performance management can guide military hospitals to intensify their connotation construction,further optimize hospital management and the process of medical services,enhance medical service quality and hospital management efficiency,and promote hospitals to go on a continuous,healthy and scientific road of development.ã€Objective】The thesis aimed at analyzing the outside and inside environments that military hospitals are faced with in the new era,clearing out the theoretical structure of performance management,introducing the concept and method of performance management into military hospitals management; analyzing the status quo of the performance management in military hospitals, finding out main problems existing in the performance management;revealing key points and application characteristics of hospital performance management; carrying on evaluation and analysis on the practicing of military hospitals performance management in Beijing Military Region;putting forward a full-spectrum performance management mode—"12345" mode,providing a theoretical and practical foundation for military hospital performance management.ã€Methods】By integrating the methods of literature review,comparative research,systematic analysis,exemplification,chart demonstration,and statistics, the thesis carried out a deep research on related topics of today's military hospital performance management。1.Literature review:by means of searching and studying related books, articles and internet materials on performance management,the author refined academic points of view,and gradually formed her own rational understanding on performance management;2.Comparative research:to carry out researches on performance management,we need to compare related theories and practice from the past and today,from the civil and the military,absorb their theoretical fruits and successful experiences,and on the basis of it,the thesis carried out a scientific and rational design on the application of performance management in our medical services organizations.3.Systematic analysis:when designing military hospitals performance management system,we used the method of systematic analysis,making the system more comprehensive and balanced,more scientific and rational.4.Exemplification:when analyzing the status quo of the performance management in military hospitals,we used the method of exemplification,giving readers a more vivid impression,making the pure theoretical comment never empty and boring.5.Chart demonstration:the thesis used a lot of charts to help literal explanation,making the boring word to word narration intuitionistic,simple,vivid, and easy to understand.6.statistics method:when carrying on an analysis on the practice of the military hospital performance management in Beijing Military Region,we carried out statistical analysis and test on lots of first-hand statistics,and by means of Principal Component Analysis,we put forward the Mathematical model on related index system of military hospital performance management and human resource performance evaluation,which played a key role in certifying the authenticity and reliability of the conclusions. ã€Results】The thesis's main results can be divided into three parts:Firstly,on the basis of studying,summarizing and referring to related researches,by means of systematic scientific method,the thesis discussed the status quo of the performance management in military hospitals both at home and abroad,and found out the main problems existing in military hospitals performance management of this phase.Secondly,the thesis carried on an evaluation and analysis on the three-phases practice of military hospital performance management in Beijing Military Region, combined with theoretical basis and the questionnaire results,and summarized the theoretical reference meaning of the practice of military hospitals performance management in Beijing Military Region.Lastly,the thesis put forward a full-hierarchy performance management mode—"12345" mode,summarized and concluded related theoretic foundation, building principles,constituting factor and organizing flowing of full-phases performance management mode.ã€Conclusions】Through the research,the thesis has provided theoretical foundations for fully implementing military hospital performance management on higher hierarchy,offered references to resolving the hot and difficult problems popping out from the performance management,and provided a thinking way and reference for further deepening the theoretical research on military hospital performance management,even for the civil hospitals.In an all,the thesis has very practical meanings for enhancing the all-out strengths of hospitals and strengthening the medical supporting abilities. |
