Molecular imprinting technique(MIT) is a powerful technique to synthesize polymer-type artificial receptors.MIT offers a means of preparing materials which have cavities that are able to recognize a certain molecule in terms of shape, size and chemical functionality. And molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP) have the advantages, for example, high selectivity, and high mechanical strength, and very good thermal and chemical stability, rebirth without loss of activity. They showed the strong separation and enrichment ability to the template molecule. And MIP have more and more broad used in environmental fields, pharmaceutical analysis, food process industries, biochemical separation, and biosensor technology. And MIT has the good application prospect.Chemiluminescence(CL) method is an important detection method, with the advantages of low detection limit, inexpensive instruments, convenient operation, fast analysis. And CL method is widely applied to environmental monitoring, clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical analysis and industrial analysis. However, relatively poor selectivity of CL method limits its application to complicated samples. If a micro-column made of MIP was connected into the flow injection CL system, utilizing its high selectivity and separating the target molecule from other coexistent substance, the selectivity of flow injection CL method would be improved greatly. In this paper, six chapters were consisted. In chapterⅠ:The paper introduced the principle of molecular imprinting technique and the preparation methods of molecular imprinting polymer. And it reviewed the application of MIP in drug analysis, simulation biosensors, simulation enzyme catalysis, and application in the controlled release drug delivery system as supplementary material. The problems of application of molecular imprinting technique were discussed. And the trend of molecular imprinting technique is also forecast. In chapterⅡ:Molecular imprinted polymers were synthesized by bulk polymerization using rifampicin(RFP) as template molecule, methacrylic acid(MAA) as functional monomers and ethylene dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as the crosslinker, which have high selectivity for RFP.The binding mode and binding sites were investigated of RFP and MAA before polymerization by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. And the synthesis process and recognition mechanism were speculate. The polymers were investigated in equilibrium binding experiments and Scatchard analysis to evaluate the binding characteristics of the RFP molecular imprinted polymers in aqueous solution. In chapterⅢ:Molecular imprinted polymers were synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization using polyvinyl alcohol 1735(PVA) as dispersive reagent, RFP as template molecule,MAA as functional monomers and EGDMA as the crosslinker, which have high selectivity for RFP.The polymers were investigated in equilibrium binding experiments and Scatchard analysis to evaluate the binding characteristics and recognition mechanism of the RFP-molecular imprinted polymers in aqueous solution. The experiments of binding different substrates showed that the imprinted polymer possessed a high selectivity and high recognition ability for RFP. The method has advantages of separation and enrichment, and may be widely used.In chapterⅣ:A selective molecular imprinting-flow-injection CL method was developed for the determination of RFP,using RFP-imprinted polymer as recognition material and RFP-luminol-potassium ferricyanide CL system. The linear range is 1×10-8~6×10-6g/mL,the detection limit is 9.1×10-9g/mL,and the relative standard is 3.1%(4.0×10-8g/mL RFP solution,n=9).This method has been successfully applied to the determination of RFP in RFP urine samples, rifampicin capsules and rifampicin eye drops. The results are satisfactory. In chapterⅤ:Molecular imprinted polymers were synthesized with doxycycline hydrochloride(DC) as template molecule,MAA as functional monomers,EGDMA as the crosslinker and 2,2′-Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator. The influences of synthesis conditions on imprinting effects were discussed. The molecular recognition characteristics of the template polymer were evaluated by IR.The polymers were investigated in equilibrium binding experiments and Scatchard analysis to evaluate the binding characteristics and recognition mechanism of the DC molecular imprinted polymers in aqueous solution.DC-imprinted polymer has high selectivity for DC by binding experiments of different substrates. In chapterⅥ:A new flow-injection CL sensing method using molecularly imprinted polymer as recognition material for the determination of DC.The method is based on the sensitizing effect of luminol with potassium ferricyanide in alkaline medium. The linear range is 9.0×10-7~6.0×10-5g/mL,the detection limit is 3.2×10-8g/mL,and the relative standard is 3.5%(6.0×10-6g/mL DC solution,n=9).This method has been successfully applied to the determination of DC in DC urine samples and DC tablet. The results are satisfactory.
