Objective:To provide scientific theory to active suppression of antisperm antibody by treatmentof benefiting vital energy,disperse the depressed liver-energy andinvigorating the kidney,through observing the clinic curative effect and to semen parametric of patients of immunity infertility whose syndrome is deficiency of vital energy,liver-Yin and kidney-Yin are treated by Bailing Capsule and Jia Wei Yi Guan Decoctum.Furthermore,to supply a curative effect exactly chinese medicine for immunity infertility.Method:This investigation taked 50 patients who were fit to the internalize standard to dividatur to treatment group and control group by adopt experiment of random and check..Treatment group treated by Bailing Capsule and Jiawei Yiguan Decoctum,and control group just treat by dehydrocortisone,then observe and Compare change of which 2 groups patients' clinic curative effect,amelioration of symptom,lab' s index between pretherapy and post-therapy.Result:1.Total effective rate of treatmen group is 82.33%,and control group is 56.52%.Through X~2 test,treatment group was obviously superior to control group(P＜0.05).2.Compared with A activity ratio and activity of autochthonous spermatozoon between pretherapy and post-therapy all treatment group and control group,through t test,all the post-therapy are superior(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with A activity ratio and activityof spermatozoon between treatment group and control group,treatment group was superior(P＜0.05).3.Compared with antisperm antibody titre between pretherapy and post-therapy all treatment group and control group,through t test,all the post-therapy are superior(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with antisperm antibody titre between treatment group and control group,treatment group was non-difference to control group(P＞0.05).However,darkening rate of antisperm antibody,treatment group was superior to control group(P＜0.05).4.Compared with A+B activity ratio,deliquesce time and density of autochthonous spermatozoon between pretherapy and post-therapy all treatment group and control group,through t test,all the post-therapy are superior(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with A+B activity ratio,deliquesce time and density of spermatozoon between treatment group and control group, treatment group was non-difference to control group(P＞0.05).5.In directions of clinical symptom amendment,through partition of chi-square parity,treatment group was superior(P＜0.01).In directions of clinical symptom amendment,treatment group was superior obviously to control group during course of treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Bailing Capsule and Jiawei Yiguanjian can ameliorate significantly clinical symptomof patients of immunity infertility whose syndrome is deficiency of vital energy,liver-Yin and kidney-Yin,improve A activity ratio and activity of spermatozoon and darkening rate of antisperm antibody,thereby elevating patients' potentia generandi.
