Clinical Observation On Replenish The Vital Energy And Resolving Dampness Recipe In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Stage Ⅳ (Kidney Deficiency Dampness And Heat Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the eplenish the vital energy、resolve dampness and dredge the meridian of prescription’s improvement of clinical symptoms in patients of diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ with kidney deficiency and damp-heat syndrome,and the effect on proteinuria,renal function and blood sugar of the patient.Methods: Selected between April 2017 and January 2018,and from the Renal department of Henan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,60 patients with type 2diabetic nephropathy who met the inclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with basic western medicine.The treatment group carries out the basic western medicine therapy plus the eplenish the vital energy and resolving dampness prescription.Course of treatment is 8 weeks.The scores of symptoms before and after treatment were recorded.The results of 24-hour urinary protein(24h-UP),Serum creatinine(Scr),Cystatin C(Cys C),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were collected before and after treatment.The safety of patients was monitored during the period.Then,to collate the data and obtain the clinical research result.Results:There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).1)TCM symptom score:(1)Symptom total effective rate : The treatment group was effective in 25 cases,and the control group in 17 cases.The total effective rate was83.33 in the treatment group and 56.67 in the control group.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)Symptom grading:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,comparison of each group,symptoms of thirst and drink P=0.090,head and body heavy P=0.060.soreness and weakness of waist and knees,tiredness and fatigue,Chest boredom,epigastric distension,limb numbness and yellowish or reddish urine,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2)Laboratory efficacy indicators:(1)24-UP,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Scr 、 Cys C,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Hb A1c、FBG,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3)Safety index:No adverse reactions were observed during the trial,and the safety index was within the normal range.Conclusion:(1)Both the treatment group and the control group can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of soreness and weakness of waist and knees,tiredness and fatigue,Chest boredom,epigastric distension,limb numbness and yellowish or reddish urine.(2)Both groups could decrease proteinuria,slow down the progression of renal injury and stabilize blood glucose level.The treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)There was no significant difference between the two groups in thirst and drink,head and body heavy.There was no adverse reaction and high safety in the two groups.The results indicate that the eplenish the vital energy、resolve dampness and dredge the meridian of prescription is valuable in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳwith kidney deficiency and dampness heat syndrome.
