Epidural Block Of The Erectile Function And Clinical Observation Of Drug Intervention

Objective:To investigate erectile function of different patients before and after Epidural block,to Observe the interference of traditional Chinese medicine through clinical research.Methods:Experimental Design in accordance with requirements of the treatment of selected cases and do follow-up observation,all patients from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital a first clinical surgical patients,the time limiting redients from June 2008 to February 2009,screening a total of 56 eligible cases,56 cases will be selected randomly divided into two groups of patients with simple,age group by the statistical treatment,there was no significant difference P＞0.05),having comparable.Preoperative erectile function based on international questionnaires(IIEF-5) to assess the degree of erectile dysfunction,no significant difference between the two groups.After two different drug treatment,treatment methods:①drugs interfere with the treatment group Xuefuzhuyu Decoction. Use Method:Narcotic treatment group 1 week after the intervention began taking Chinese medicines and medication for three weeks, each one,twice daily,morning and evening②control group not on medication.Treatment group and control group patients in the hard outer Epidural block ago,after a hard outer Epidural block in one month,three monthes trip international questionnaire of erectile function(IIEF-5) score assessment of erectile dysfunction.Results:28 cases of treatment group and control group,28 cases were done before anesthesia IIEF-5 questionnaire,the questionnaire scores for the treatment group 23.32±1.16,control group,the questionnaire score of 23.07±1.12,scored by the two groups statistically,the difference was not statistical significance(P＞0.05),having comparable.Finding that the treatment group and control group outside the epidural block erectile function before surgery no difference(P＞0.05);after the adoption in one month when the hardware can be seen in table 3 epidural block to treatment outside the group and the control group of patients with erectile function affect(P = 0.0037,P＜0.01),Table 5 can be seen through the treatment of erectile dysfunction group were significantly lower than control group.3 months after the adoption of Table 4 we can see thatthe treatment group with the IIEF-5 before anesthesia score was no significant difference(P = 0.0695,P＞0.05),the control group with pre-anesthesia IIEF-5 score still significant differences on penile erection feature is not completely back to normal.The treatment group compared with the control group,there are still differences(P= 0.0087,P＜0.01),to line gas Huoxue rule,select Xuefuzhuyu Decoction prescription can be shortened to study erectile dysfunction recovery time.Conclusion:epidural block impacts on erectile function,select Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can be shortened for the study of erectile dysfunction recovery time.
