| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating hemiplegia after ischemic stroke with Jin' s 3-needle and rehabilitation therapy and order to probe into clinical value of Jin' s 3-needle therapy and provide effective comprehensive treatment to Apoplectic Hemiplegia.Methods: From September 2008 to April 2009, author selected suitable cases from the acupuncture and moxibustion department of first affiliated hosipital of Guangzhou university of TCM. 60 patients who are hemiplegia after ischemic stoke are randomly divided into experiment group and comparison group by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Center for Drug. There are 30 cases in each group. Patients in the comparison group are treated with rehabilitation therapy, while those in the experiment group received Jin' s 3-needle combined with rehabilitation therapy. Treatment 1 time per day and 5 times per week. After 28 days, author observes the clinical effect and makes appraisal of the neurologic impairment and the activities of daily living. All data are analysed to compare the effect with the statistical software.Result: After treatment, patients in the two group have both gained good effect. In experiment group, the effect is better than the comparison group, there is significant difference of effect between the experiment group and comparison group (P<0.05).Conclusion: 1) Both Jin' s 3-needle combined with rehabilitation therapy and only rehabilitation therapy can advance recovery of the neurologic impairment and the activities of daily living. 2)The total clinical effective rate in the experiment group is 96. 67%, while in the comparison group is 93. 33%. By rank sum test, there is significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05), which prompts Jin' s 3-needle combined with Rehabilitation therapy considers the whole curative effect. There is better therapeutic effect on improve patients' the neurologic impairment and the activities of daily living. |
