Eye Acupuncture Retaining Needle Combined With Rehabilitation Exercise Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke

Objective: This study selected spastic hemiplegia after stroke patients as the research object, using the eye acupuncture retaining needle combined with exercise therapy and body acupuncture combined with exercise therapy treatment the curative effect difference of limb spasm after stroke, optimize the combination of the two kinds of therapy plan, provide the basis for guiding clinical priorities therapy.Methods :60 cases of spastic paralysis after stroke patients included in the standard from the second affiliated hospital of anhui medical university encephalopathy and geriatrics, were randomly divided into eye acupuncture needle retaining combined with exercise therapy group(treatment group) and the body acupuncture combined with exercise therapy group(control group), 30 cases were recorded before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training muscle tone Ashworth spasm scale(MAS) score, Fugl- Meyer motor function scale(FMA) score, evaluation ability of daily life(ADL) Barthel index score, degree of clinical neural function defect score(NDS), we assessed the dysfunction after stroke. Evaluation of eye acupuncture needle retaining needle combined with exercise therapy clinical curative effect for the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Results:(1) MAS rating scale: Two sets of scores were decreased after treatment, compared with before treatment in both differences(p < 0.05). Comparing the two groups after treatment, according to eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group MAS rating scale value decreased significantly, comparing the two groups have significant difference(p < 0.01). Show that eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group in improving patients’ muscle tension and spasm is better than that of body acupuncture in the control group.(2) FMA rating scale :Eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group after treatment than before treatment FMA rating scale score significantly increase,statistically significant differences(p<0.01). Body acupuncture group than before treatment FMA rating scale score rise obviously, difference has statistical significance(p<0.01). Eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group after treatment compared with body acupuncture control group two groups, eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group score rises more apparent, difference was statistically significant(p<0.01). That eye acupuncture retaining needle group can obviously improve movement function in patients with post-stroke spasm, curative effect is better than the control group.(3) ADL scale score :Eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group after treatment than before treatment considerably increase the score of ADL scale score, statistically significant differences(p<0.01). Body acupuncture control group ADL scale score rise significantly than before treatment, the difference has statistical significance(p<0.01). Eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group after treatment compared with body acupuncture control group two groups, eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group score rises more apparent, difference was statistically significant(p<0.01). That eye acupuncture retaining needle group can obviously improve spasm after stroke patients daily life ability, curative effect is better than the control group.(4) NDS rating scale :Eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group after treatment than before treatment NDS rating scale score significantly decrease,difference has statistical significance(p<0.01). Body acupuncture group than before treatment NDS rating scale score decreased significantly, difference has statistical significance(p<0.01). Eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group after treatment compared with body acupuncture control group two groups, eye acupuncture retaining needle treatment group score drops more apparent, difference was statistically significant(p<0.01). That eye acupuncture retaining needle group can obviously improve the clinical nerve function defect in patients with post-stroke spasm, curative effect is better than the control group.(5) safety assessment : In 60 patients before and after treatment, did not see acupuncture adverse reactions and obvious adverse drug reactions, the lab routine indexes before and after treatment no obvious abnormalities. This research adopts two methods of treatment are safe and effective.Conclusions:(1) the eye acupuncture retaining needle combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy and body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy on MAS rating scale, FMA rating scale, ADL rating scale, NDS rating scale have different degrees of improvement.(2) the eye acupuncture retaining needle combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy in improving patients’ muscle tone and spasm, motor function, daily life self-care ability of clinical nerve function defect, curative effect is more prominent,eye acupuncture retaining needle combined with the clinical curative effect of rehabilitation exercise therapy is better than that of body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy.(3) cases due to choose basic are within a year of spastic hemiplegia patients after stroke, stroke is a good recovery after period. Two groups of treatment is very good help the rehabilitation of limb dysfunction, eye acupuncture is good enough to play in the process of treatment of the eye acupuncture "immediate effect", the apparent curative effect in patients with needle rehabilitation training.(4) Stroke patients received rehabilitation training were found in the research process of the earlier help in all kinds of functional recovery after stroke patients, the greater the continuous movement function recovery training work and the effect of the reaction to form normal movement patterns for daily life as well as the better quality of patient life.(5)Eye acupuncture specification, find out simple, with obvious therapeutic effect,patient compliance is good, combined with exercise therapy to promote neurodevelopmental therapy is the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke, reduce the higher abnormal muscle tone, form the normal movement patterns is safe and effective treatment method, is worth popularizing in clinical.
