Continuous variables were expressed as mean±SD,while categorical variables were expressed as ratio or percentage. The comparison of continuous variables between groups was analyzed using t test, and among groups was analyzed using ANOVA(for post hoc analysis,LSD was performed if equal variance was assumed and Tamhane' s test was performed if equal variance was not assumed). The comparison of ratio or percentage among groups was performed by chi square test. The evaluation of multiple factor was performed by hierarchical cluster. P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1,ckd patients with secondary hypertension through symptom scale integration are divide into a total of six, according to the proportion of descending order:the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group, the deficiency of Qi and Yin group, the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group, the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group, the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen. group, the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group. 2,there was a stepwise increase in the prevalence of ISH with the stages of CKD,and the TCM was tan yu hu jie was in the CKD 5 stage;3,creatinine comparison among all groups:the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group;4,BUN comparison among all groups:the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group =the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group;5,ISH comparison among all groups the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group;6,IDH comparison among all groups the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group;7,HGB comparison among all groups the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group;8,TG comparison among all groups the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group;9,TC comparison among all groups the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group =the deficiency of Qi and Yin group =the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group; 10,HDL-C comparison among all groups the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group =the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group:11,LDL-C comparison among all groups the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi groupConclusion:1,there was a stepwise increase in the prevalence of ISH with the stages of CKD,and the TCM was the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group andthe syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group was in the CKD 5 stage2,The scr was in the patients of ckd with hypertension's TCM was the group of he syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group;3,The ish in the stage of CKD between the TCM group was the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis group>the syndrome of phlegm and abiding spleen group>the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang group>the deficiency of liver Yin and kidney Yin group>the deficiency of Qi and Yin group>the deficiency of spleen Qi and kidney Qi group. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Hypertension isolated systolic hypertension(ISH), chronic kidney disease(CKD), secondary hypertension caused by renal disease, TCM Syndrome Types creatinine | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
