Research purposesAnorexia is a Western disease. The performance of children with anorexia do not eat for long-term see greed, loss of appetite, and even feeding of a chronic loss of appetite disorders. As a result of anorexia in all seasons, the incidence of all ages can seriously affect children's physical and mental health and quality of life.At the same time, children with families under great pressure. The study confirmed the large number of Chinese and Western medicine for the disease have a certain effect, but there is still limited, and in simple, easy to promote, without pain, the lack of low-cost advantages such as.This group in the clinical use of bio-resonance therapy anorexia gastrointestinal function and achieved better efficacy, with no obvious adverse effect was found. However, due to the lack of a standardized clinical research system, limiting its clinical application and promotion. This research study aimed at the past, based on the use of bio-resonance therapy instrument(MORA bio-resonance therapy instrument) therapy of gastrointestinal function anorexia clinical efficacy and safety of a standardized clinical research system, gastrointestinal function at the same time therapy of TCM anorexia different type(including loss of Kin Yun-type spleen, the spleen and stomach qi deficiency and spleen deficiency type type) compare the efficacy and the impact of serum trace elements to gastrointestinal function of the bio-resonance therapy and make an objective evaluation anorexia and to explore its mechanism, and further improve the clinical treatment anorexia.Research MethodsThe team collected a total of 57 cases of standards in line with the experimental cases, according to TCM diagnostic criteria for selection of different types of groups, including the spleen lost 12 cases of type Yun Kin, 39 cases of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type,6 cases of spleen deficiency type.Of all cases of biological resonance therapy instrument(MORA bio-resonance therapy) in the treatment of gastrointestinal function, treatment 2 times per week, for two weeks,a total of 4 times during the treatment of disabling all other observations of the impact of Western medicine and Chinese medicine.Clinical implementation of a single questionnaire before treatment, respectively 1 and 1 week after treatment(a total of 2 weeks), follow-up of 1 week(a total of 2 weeks) Records of children with food, face, mental fatigue, abdominal distension, vomiting, weight, tongue, pulse and other major changes in syndrome, after four weeks of treatment according to the treatment before and after the signs and symptoms score, the effect of disease and symptom evaluation;and pre-treatment,respectively,two weeks after treatment to check serum zinc, iron, calcium, lead level.SPSS13.0 the results of the use of statistical software for data analysis. The results1.Clinical observation of 57 cases of children with anorexia, two cases of clinical cure,14 cases markedly effective, effective 30 cases,11 cases of ineffective, the total effective rate 80.7%;which lost spleen Yun Kin group, one cases of clinical cure, effective in 3 cases,6 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate 83.3%;the spleen and stomach qi deficiency group 1 cases of clinical cure, nine cases of markedly effective in 21 cases,8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate 79.5%;the spleen and stomach deficiency group,no clinical the number of cured patients were cured and 2 cases, three cases of effective and ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate 83.3%; and efficacy among the three groups compared,P values>0.05,suggesting efficacy in various diseases was no significant difference between groups.2.Kin Wan Group missing spleen before and after treatment differences Syndrome points, P value = 0.0038;the spleen and stomach qi deficiency group before and after treatment differences Syndrome points,P value = 0.0015;spleen deficiency treatment before and after the points difference Syndrome comparison,P value = 0.0471;are indications syndrome before and after treatment were significantly different points,in children with syndrome after treatment than before treatment improved.Among the three groups after treatment compared Syndrome points,P values>0.05,suggesting that among the three groups after treatment Syndromes no significant difference in point.3.And treatment of pre-treatment serum trace elements after two weeks of comparison, the blood Zn,serum Fe,serum Ca and Pb levels in blood were not statistically significant differences, suggesting that the treatment did not find changes in the level of serum trace elements have significant effect.4.Treatment and follow-up within two weeks after two weeks had no adverse reactions occurred.ConclusionBio Resonance Therapy(MORA bio-resonance therapy) in the treatment of gastrointestinal function anorexia of traditional Chinese medicine(including loss of Kin Yun-type spleen, the spleen and stomach qi deficiency and spleen deficiency type type) have a good clinical efficacy, reduce the clinical symptoms in children and on the efficacy of TCM no difference,it is effective, safe method of treatment anorexia not found the level of serum trace elements play a regulatory role.ProblemBecause of the time, funding and a variety of objective conditions, the subjects collected a sample of cases is still relatively small volume,so the depth and breadth of research is not enough to be studied further in future.
