Objective:Designed to observe the effect of composite Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in patients with cardiogenic shock on lactate(concentration, clearance rate),central venous oxygen saturation;investigate the effect of composite Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on Microcirculation and oxygen metabolism in patients with cardiogenic shock.Method:Collected the patients information accorded with required standard in the ICU of Zhong Shang Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from October 2008 to May 2009;The cardiogenic shock patients were divided into the treatment group(n=20)and the control group(n=20);Both groups were treated with the same Western medicine treatment therapy, and the treatment group was treated with composite Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Observed the effect of two groups treatment on central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO2),lactic acid(concentration, clearance rate);before intravenous contrast, after intravenous infusion of 2h,4h,6h and 8h various time points;analyzed the datas after the trial;Explored and evaluate the effect of composite Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in patients with cardiogenic shock.Results:①There was no difference in Iactate(P>0.05)between the control group and the treatment group after the drugs were given for 2,6 and 8 hours; There was significant difference in lactate(P<0.05)between the control group and the treatment group after the drugs were given for 4 hours.②There was no difference in lactate clearance rate(P>0.05)between the control group and the treatment group after the drugs were given for 2,6 and 8 hours; There was very significant difference in lactate clearance rate(P<0.01)between the control group and the treatment group after the drugs were given for 4 hours.③There was no difference in ScvO2(P>0.05) between the control group and the treatment group after the drugs were given for 2,6 and 8 hours; There was significant difference in ScvO2(P<0.05) between the control group and the treatment group after the drugs were given for 4 hours. Conclusion:after the drugs were given for 4 hours,The lactate clearance rate in the treatment group was much higher than the control group(P<0.01),The lactate and ScvO2 in the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);The results suggested the composite Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can improve microcirculation and enhance tissue utilization of oxygen;reduce the generation of Lactate, improve the lactate clearance rate;suggested organs perfusion in the treatment group had more markedly improved than the control group, and oxygen metabolism was in a better balance of supply and demand;particularly The 4h time point may show the most obvious effect,However, further trials and pharmacological studies were needed.
