Clinical Research On Compound Qima Capsule In Treating Early Renal Damage In Essential Hypertension

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and primary mechanism of Compound Qima Capsule(CQMC) in treating early renal damage in essential hypertension(EH),which syndrome is qi-deficiency type phlegmMethods:Sixty patients of early renal damage in EH were divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) at random.The treatment group was treated by CQMC and regular western medicine,while the control group was treated only by regular western medicine.Twelve weeks was a course of treatment,one or two courses were observed.The changes of blood pressure, urinary microalbumen and Creatinine clearance rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group can lower blood pressure obvisouly(P＜0.05), lower urinary microalbumen excretion significantly(P＜0.01),improve creatinine clearance rate(P＜0.05),improve mean blood pressure and restore the normal rhythm of blood pressure(P＜0.05～0.01).The effect of the treatment group is much better than that of control group(P＜0.05～0.01).The treatment group can improve the general symptoms significantly(P＜0.01).Conclusions:Compound Qima Capsule is a effective drug in treating early renal damage in EH.If combined with regular western medicine,the effect will be much better.The possible mechanism are lower urinary microalbumen excretion by lowing blood pressure steady and improve blood pressure rhythm to reduce and delay the occurrence of early renal damage in essential hypertension.
