| Objective:To investigate the changes of Hemorheology and Blood Lipid in the Patients with primary nephritic syndrome by Maiping Tablets combined with western medicine,in order to explore the more effective and practical method about primary nephritic syndrome.Methods:1,Totally 60 patients primary nephritic syndrome patients,who Were in accordance with the inclusion and treated in the Department Of Internal Medicine,divided into 2 groups at random:random Maiping Tablets combined with western medincine therapeutic group (n=30)andwith 66 control cases treated with Western medicine(n=30). The control group was treated with Hormone standard treatment and Symptomatic treatment.Treatment group on the basis of western medicine with the treatment of Maiping Tablets,treatment for 4 weeks to observe the effect.2,Observing indexes:All patient detect albumin,24-hour urinary protein,renal function included blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. The hemorrheologic parameters were examined before and after treatment.Detection of lipid indicators,including cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG).3,Statistical:All data are spss13.0 statistical software processing。The use of the standard deviation of that mean, Inter-group comparison design using group t test,with the comparison group before and after treatment using paired t test. Ridit level of data analysis used to compare two groups of effects,. The same group before and after treatment using paired t test comparison,Ridit level of data analysis used to compare efficacy of the two groups.Results;Result of the study could be summarized as:1,Treatment group the total effective rate was 93.33%in the control group the total effective rate was 83.33%,the two groups,there was a significant efficacy difference(P <0.05),and the total effective rate in treatment group than the control group.During all the digester:Maiping Tablets in the improvement of primary nephrotic syndrome in patients with the role of hemodynamics and improvement,such as hypercoagulable state has the exact effect.2,The hemorrheologic parameters were examined before and after treatment and Platelet aggregation.Coagulation(fibrinogen). Detection of lipid indicators,including cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG).In the reduction of blood lipids,and improve blood rheology is significant than that in the control group (P< 0.05) During all the digester:Maiping Tablets in the improvement of primary nephrotic syndrome in patients with the role of hemodynamics and improvement and hypercoagulable state has the exact effect.3.Treatment group and control group before and after the examination in the treatment of a 24-hour urinary protein and plasma albumin determination,etc.the treatment group in reducing proteinuria and increased serum albumin are is significant than that in the control group(P <0.05).During all the digester:Maiping Tablets can help to reduce proteinuria and serum albumin,such as increasing the role and improve the clinical efficacy.4,Treatment group and control group after treatment,creatinine, blood urea nitrogen showed no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),During all the digester:Maiping Tablets of primary nephritic syndrome of creatinine,blood urea nitrogen in the normal range in patients with no significant impact.Conclusion:Maiping Tablets is to improve the primary nephritic syndrome in patients with satisfactory clinical efficacy of drugs,and the treatment group than control group(P <0.05).In the conventional treatment on the basis of the Maiping Tablets was added to improve the primary nephritic syndrome and hemorheology in patients with hypercoagulable state and hypolipidemic various areas,such as the exact effect and contribute to the reduction of proteinuria and upgrade the role of plasma albumin,Maiping Tablets in clinical applications in patients with primary nephritic syndrome increase the clinical efficacy,it is worth clinical application. |
