Objective:This study relies on the national "Eleventh Five-Year" key specialty "edema (primary nephrotic syndrome)" test program, through the treatment program and joining the Western dialectical therapy in the treatment of Primary nephrotic syndrome in observe, compare, discuss, study Chinese and Western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation-based treatment programs, to evaluate this regimen in the treatment of Primary nephrotic syndrome of clinical efficacy.Method:60 patients were selected from Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine Nephrology and Huazhong university of science and technology.Union Hospital of Nephrology, clinics and wards, are in line with the diagnostic criteria of primary renal disease. All of the patients were randomly divides into treatment group (A) and control group (B),30 in each group. Both groups accord to the condition of patients treated with conventional Western medicine, be glucocorticoid, Low-salt low-fat, controlling blood pressure (ACEI /ARB antihypertensive drugs in this class based on the additive used, such as CCB,β-blockers, a subject to Body blockers, diuretics, etc.), control of hyperlipidemia (fenofibrate, gemfibrozil, lovastatin, simvastatin, etc.), control the hypercoagulable state (low molecular weight heparin, warfarin, dipyridamole) and other symptomatic treatment; treatment group (A group) in Western medicine on the basis of conventional therapy for this syndrome type certification programs for medication, treatment groups were in February. Investigations before treatment and after treatment blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids,24-hour urinary protein, ECG, stool. Clinical symptoms and signs of change were recorded before and after treatment.Result:1. The total efficiency of treatment group is 83.33% and control group is 70.00%. The two groups was no significant difference in efficacy (P>0.05).2. Treatment group and control group after treatment values of TCM symptom scores decreased significantly in both groups before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05)3. Here for the three groups and the treatment of latter urethra 24 hours of the albumen (24hupq) were significantly lowered (p< 0.05), but the two groups of treatment is no significant gender difference (p>0.05). to translate words.4. Treatment group and control group after treatment alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were not significantly changed. Conclusion:Chinese Medicine plus glucocorticoid treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome, can reduce urinary protein, increased serum albumin, and improve the main symptoms, and no effect on the liver and kidney function.
