The Clinical Observation Of 50 Cases Of Therapy Of Cure Jaundice Mixture In Treating Jaundice Induced By CHB

OBJECTIVETo observe the curative effect and saftly of cure jaundice mixture to treat jaundice induced by Chronic Hepaitits B(CHB), and treatment with Western medicine alone control group,search an easy economy safe effective method in treating jaundice.METHODSAll 90 patients who selected from liver out-patient and in-patient wards of hospital of Chinese medicine of Hu Bei provice in 2007.1-2008.6 were randomly divided into two groups named therapeutic group of cure jaundice mixture group(GroupA,n=50) and control group of only Western medicines(GroupB,n=40).According to requirement of disease two groups were treated with routine medicine.GroupA took cure jaundice mixture and routine medicine.GroupB only took routine medicine.The therapeutic period of two groups was twelve weeks.They all checked liver function,renal function,blood,urine,stool routine and electrocardiogram one time before and after treatment.Then observing the difference of both curative and safe indexes between before and after treatments.RESULTS1.The total effective rate of groupA was 92.0%and that of groupB was 72.5%.There was significant difference between groupA and groupB(p＜0.05),which indicated that the total effect of groupA was better than that of groupB.2.There was significant difference between before and after treatments in the total scores of two groups(p＜0.05),and there was significant score difference between groupA and groupB(p＜0.05),which indicated that two groups could improve the symptoms,and group A had better effect than groupB.3.The total effective rate on insufficiency type of Liver and Gallbladder Damp-Heatof groupA was 93.1%,that of groupB was 73.4%. There was significant difference between groupA and groupB(p＜0.05),which indicated that the effect on insufficiency type of Liver and Gallbladder Damp-Heatof groupA was better than that of groupB.The total effective rate on insufficiency type of evail wet manacling spleen of group A was 90.4%,that of group B was 70.1%. There was significant difference between group A and group B(p＜0.05),which indicated that the effect on insufficiency type of evail wet manacling spleen of group A was better than that of group B also.4.Cure jaundice mixture could decrease the level of YBIL,OBIL.Treated group were decreased much more than the control group(P＜0.05).5.Cure jaundice mixture could decrease the level of ALY,AST.Treated group were decreased much more than the control group(P＜0.05).6.There was no abnormality between before and after treatments among two groups which indicated that Cure jaundice mixture was a safe,effect,no side effect and no toxicity treatment method for CHB. CONCLUSIONThe clinical observation showed that Cure jaundice mixture had good effect on CHB.It could cure jaundice rapidly.And there was no any side effect of Cure jaundice mixture.It was an effective convenient and safe treatment method for jaundice induced by CHB.
