| Objective:This study was designed to observe the clinical curative effect of treating of reflux disease (RE) with Sinisan and Zuojinwan United omeprazole, and further to explore the mechanism in theory and clinical.Methods:1. Selected 60 cases of patients with RE, from out-patient of Medicine digest at a subsidiary of Hubei Province, Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine hospital in May 2007 -July 2008 of cases. These cases are all diagnosed RE, according to the sequence of treatment, using random number table, which is divided into two groups, the treatmen group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).Two groups have no significant difference in age, gender, disease duration and disease process (P>0.05), which is comparable.2. Control group is given oral omeprazole 10mg ,bid. On this basis , treatment group add decoction orally since Sini and Zuojinwan : Chaihu 10g, Baishao 15g, Zhishi 10g, Gancao 6g, Huanglian 6g, Wuzhuyu 6g, and addition and subtraction with the disease,sour regurgitation add Duanwalun 10g,Wuzheigu 10g,upset vomiting add Yujin 10g,Zhuru 10g, gastric cavity distention add Houpo 10g,Laifuzi10g, hypochondrium distending pain Chuanlianzi 10g,Xuanhu 10g, dry mouth, bitter taste of mouth,red and less tongue and Pugongying 15g. Maidong 10g,one dose a day, boil with water to get 400ml, simmer it twice in morning and evening. One course of treatment for four weeks, a total of two courses taken. Western medicine only oral control group, with the observation group. Two groups of patients to quit smoking during treatment were temperance, not into the greasy and irritating food, raise the bed 15～20cm, the attention of not eating before going to bed, do not use these drugs in addition to other drugs. Close observation during the clinical symptoms, one week out-patient referral, recording symptoms, signs Change, the treatment of endoscopic inspection before and after one meeting, in accordance with the domestic esophagitis grading criteria to determine the degree of inflammation level. During treatment were carried out security checks (general physical examination items , the three conventional laboratory tests , electrocardiogram, liver examination, possible adverse reactions) and efficacy of observation.3. statistical analysis methods: statistical software SPSS17.0 data for analysis. Information on the use of Level Ridit analysis, count data using X~2 test, measurement data using t test.Results:1. Treatment group: 8 cases of clinically cured, 11 cases markedly effective, Effective 10 cases, 3 cases of invalid, total effective rate was 90.0%; Control group: 5 cases of clinically cured, markedly effective in 8 cases, 13 cases of effective and ineffective in 4 cases, total effective rate was 86.7%. Comparing the two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05).2. Before and after treatment were compared in patients with Chinese medicine symptom score were significantly different (P <0.01); the treatmen group symptom score improvement of Chinese medicine is better than the control group (P < 0.01).3. The treatmen group is better than the control group in these syndrome: the type of incoordination between the liver and the stomach , the type of heat accumulate in the liver and the stomach, the type of damp-heat accumulate in the spleen and the stomach (P < 0.05 ) .There is no significant difference between two groups in the tpye of stagnation of phlegm and Qi, and the type of spleen and the stomach deficiency(P > 0.05).4. The treatmen group is better than the control group in improving the esophageal mucosal inflammation (P < 0.05 ) . The treatmen group is better than the control group in long-term effect (P < 0.01 ) .Conclusion:Prompted this research Sini and Zuojinwan is safe and effective treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of the prescriptions, United Western medicine omeprazole, domperidone treatment effect of the disease better than western medicine group. Its mechanism may be related to some aspects of the following: 1.Increase the gastric peristalsis, and promote gastrointestinal emptying , anti-reflux , 2.Inhibit gastric acid , analgesic effect , 3. Immunomodulatory role of, 4. Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine United this disease, has achieved significant results, it is worthy of our further in-depth and summary.
