| ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of dynamic CT peffusion in diagnosis various cervical lymph nodes in head and neck. Methods and Methods1.Subjects 45 patients with cervical lymph nodes leisions in shengjing Hospital were collected during January 2008 to February20092.Equipment and contrast medium Siemens Sensaton 64 CT,high pressure syringe,Nonionic iodinated contrast agent3.Examination technique The SIEMENS SENSATON 64-slice spiral CT scan on neck with 3mm slice thickness,120KV and 80mA,determine the maximum level of nodes, then perfusion imaging was done 5s after 40ml nonionic contrast injected using the flowing rate 5.0ml/s,matrix 512×512,field of vision(FOV) 260mm.4.Data processing and image analysis Perfusion imaging data wase deal with by the software syngo body PCT,ROI was placed in the import arteries and lymph nodes to generate TDC,and automatically generate the various perfusion parameters, including blood flow, blood volume, capillary surface permeability5.Statistical Method BF,BV,P were compare measurements between Benign and malignant lymph TO determine a statistically significant difference between the two groups Wilcoxon W test was employed, statistically significant difference was define as P value less than 0.05.Results1.The BF,BV,P,of malignant lymph nodes were higher than their of benign lymph nodes(P<0.05)2.The BF,BV of metastatic lymph nodes higher than their of Malignant lymphomas(P<0.05 ),There was no significantly difference in P between the metastatic lymph nodes and the Malignant lymphomas.3.The TDC of benign lymph nodes show slow up,with no peak form; The TDC of Malignant lymphomas show low level curve. The TDC of metastatic lymph nodes presented rapid ascending and rapid descending.Conclusion1.CT perfusion can identify benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes2.CT perfusion imaging can reflect the degree of tumor malignancy3.CT perfusion imaging can be applied with a simple clinical. |
