Inhibition Of Hydrochloric Acid Captopril On The Medial Membranes Proliferation And The Endomembrane Thinken After Balloon Injury

ObjectivesTo compare the differences of the effects to the medial membrane smooth muscle cell proliferation and endomembrane thicken by giving hydrochloric acid captopril in different times after balloon injury,then get the right drug-giving time in clinic.MethodsInjury the endomembrane of the Wistar rats' carotid arteries with balloon catheter. Detect the medial membrane SMC proliferation rate and the thincken of endomembrane at 12^th hour,1st day,2^nd day,3^rd day,5^th day and 10^th day after giving the 0.5%MC to the model group and the treatment group.Detect the medial membrane SMC proliferation rate and the thincken of endomembrane in the treatment group in 2^nd day,3^rd day,5^th day,and 10^th day after giving hydrochloric acid captopril.Then get the suitable point of the drug-giving time by comparing the BrdU expression of the medial membrane SMC and the proportion of endomembrane.ResultsFor medial membrane SMC BrdU,there is no significant difference among the 3-day-stop group,the 5-day-stop group and 10-day-stop group,while there is difference between the model group and the 2-day-stop group.For endomembrane proportion, there is difference among the model group,the 2-day-stop group and the 3-day-stop group,and there is difference between the 5-day-stop group and 10-day-stop group. ConclusionsFor the medial membrane SMC proliferation,to inhibit the sternosis of arteries, we should give the ACEI to the patients for three days after the operation at least. While for the endomembrane thinken,give ACEI for five days after the operation is better.So we can get the conclusion that giving the drug to 5^th day after the operation is necessary.
